What is the site for?
The site is to help you to get more jobs and build your reputation online through YourWorkman rating system.
How does it work?
First of all you need to get register on the site. As soon as you register on our web site, you will start receiving notifications about new jobs in your area, which match your criteria. If you are interested in this job, you can submit the quote. After submitting your quote you will be able to comminicate with honeowner through our Private Messaging Board (PMB). If you want to be one of the first to contact homeowner you can buy homeowners tel. number using your credits. If you are successful and customer chooses you to do his job, we will send you an email and let you know that you won this job. After work has been completed, you will get rated by this customer and start to build your reputation online.
Does it cost anything for me to use YourWorkman services?
Yes, you will have to pay small membership fee. You can find more information about the fees in our Payment Terms.
How I can quote on a job?
If you are interested in quoting for the job, you can do it from your Account My Customers page. Simply click More to see this job details and click Submit Quote button. You can submit your Job Offer after viewing the job. (Job Offer is the offer you make for the customers regarding his job. You can offer your price, time frame, when the earliest you can start this job and you can leave your comment for the customer as well).
What happens when I quote on a job?
After submitting your quote you will be able to comminicate with honeowner through our Private Messaging Board (PMB). You can also exchange your contact details with homeowner.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes, it’s absolutely safe. We have secure database which cannot be accessed by third parties.
How do I get my first feedback?
When registering on our web site, you will have an option to include two previous customer details as a reference. You will need to include their names and contact numbers. Once you quote for the job through YourWorkman your potential customers will see your referee details. Customers may want to contact your referees, so, please, make sure that these details are correct.
I've received negative feedback. What can I do?
If you received negative feedback for the job you have carried out, you can reply to this feedback by submitting the comment, which will be seen underneath the original feedback.
If you have received negative feedback, but you haven’t done any work to this customer, please get in touch with us.
Do the quotes include both materials and work?
In the job description it should say whether customer wants you to supply the materials or not. If it doesn’t say, you can always ask customer when you go for job viewing.
I submitted a quote for a job that has now ended, how do I know if I was successful?
If you are successful and customer chooses you to do his job, we will send you an email and let you know that you won this job.
I would like to advertise my company on your web site, how do I do it?
If you want your company ad to be placed on our web site, please, submit a message on our Contact Us page, and we will get in touch with you.
